Designed with the kids of the twentieth century in mind, the Meccano series – as the name suggests – is inspired to the famous construction game.
Sharp, masculine and playful, the side table clearly shows its industrial inspiration, and well represents Spinzi’s approach to furniture design.
Obtained from only two pieces of metal welded together, the main sheet and the backbone, it is then finished with a flame that conferes its peculiar “burnt” aspect, reminiscent of the exhaust pipes marked by heat.
Every piece of the collection is different in shades of color, size of the stains / veins and welding points. A small amount of rawness balanced with the precision of the bends and the laser cut lines give character to the table, making it the perfect fit for modernist and brutalist interiors.
