Reclaiming an old Melbourne warehouse.

The Fitzroy project started from an old 1980s industrial warehouse located in the namesake Melbourne suburb. A complete renovation was carried on, changing the face of the space. Many italian materials were sourced, including the hexagon marble tiles for the flooring work and the joinery.

The kitchen has a strong industrial feel, with a concrete countertop and black Fenix on the cabinetry. Likewise, the bathroom has a masculine aspect thanks to the minimal black framing of the shower and the black tapware – a nod to the thin black framing of the former industrial warehouse.
