Description

Born in Uruguay in 1985, Nicolas Denino is a young contemporary artist who shaped his taste, style and poetic between South America and Italy, eventually opening his own studio in Florence. The color blue is somehow is signature, often recurring in his abstract painting work.

In his own words, blue represents a flow of energy that becomes tangible in different shapes and forms, from the bidimensional to the tridimensional world. This fluidity represents the mobility of a vibrant and changing energy, a spiritual energy flowing on and wrapping all things.

Substance, created in 2020, is part of the tridimensional works. Measuring 29 by 33cm, it is painted on canvas and has a neutral wooden frame. It is signed on the back “NDN ’20”.
