Vintage chrome table lamp

French painter Paul Cézanne famously said that “Everything in nature takes its form from the sphere, the cone and the cylinder”. That was probably also this designer’s belief, as the present table lamp perfectly sums up this essential geometrical composition.

Likely made in italy in the 1960s, it is entirely crafted in chromed metal. It’s a testimony of the Space Age period, when rounded shapes, chrome coating and essential futuristic lines where all around.

With two lights, one on each side, and a recently replaced cable, switch and plug, it is preserved in great conditions. The chrome coating is still shiny and has a light even patina, the only tell of its age. The electricals are working smooth, and the two light bulbs are included for immediate enjoyment as soon as you receive it.
